Reality star Kim Zolciak has given viewers a glimpse into her personal life on shows like The Real Housewives of Atlanta and her spin off show Don't Be Tardy for the Wedding. We've seen everything from her natural hair, to the styling and fitting of her long blonde wigs. We've witnessed her date and marry her now husband Kroy Biermann and we've even watched her compose a song in the studio alongside Kandi Burruss. Now, the former RHOA star joins the Season 21 Cast of Dancing with the Stars.
Good Morning America revealed the official cast for season 21 of Dancing With the Stars (DWTS) on Wednesday, Sept. 2. On the list of stars to watch for this Fall along with Kim Zolciak are R&B singers Chaka Khan and Tamar Braxton, Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter and southern down-home cooking extraordinaire Paula Deen, to name a few.
Zolciack fans expected to see more of the lively blonde when TMZ broke the news that the "Tardy for the Party" singer would be reconnecting with former RHOA castmate and longtime "frenemy," Nene Leakes on their own reality show Road to Riches which never made it to production. According to the site, scheduling conflicts prevented the pair from teaming up to execute the show. " [They] just couldn't get on the same page," reported TMZ. "Kim is in the midst of shooting her show, Don't Be Tardy and NeNe is taping the ABC game show To Tell the Truth.
Nontheless, the ABC family show, DWTS puts the vivacious TV personality back in the spotlight with the season premiere of season 21 set to air on Sept. 14. Zolciak will paired with Tony Dovolani, who ironically, was also the dance partner of Leakes for season 18. The two were eliminated during the seventh week of competition, finishing in seventh place. Dovolani has also danced with the likes of Suzanne Somers, talk show host Wendy Williams, Wynonna Judd and actress Leah Remini.
