The biggest concert struggling music service TIDAL has put together, TIDAL X 1020, is tonight and it is available to stream at home.....if you are a TIDAL user. Users who have a subscription will be able to see performances from Beyoncé, Jay Z, Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, Usher, Nicki Minaj and many more.

Also included on the stacked lineup includes Fabolous, French Montana, Nick Jonas, Pusha T, Vic Mensa, Meek Mill, Damian Marley, Indochine, Thomas Rhett, DJ Cipha Sounds, DJ Reflex, Travi$ Scott, Flatblush Zombies, HIT-BOY, Justine Sky, Bas, Alessia Cara and Benjamin Booker.

The concert starts at 8 p.m. EST. The only problem fans and attendees may have is that there are so many acts on the lineup that each one will barely get any time to perform a set. This could create an opportunity for many different collaborations and surprise duets on stage.

The concert is the first in what Jay Z & co. hope is a long series of Philanthropic events curated by the service. 100 percent of the ticket's face value will go to charities via the New World Foundation. Find out more information on what all of that money can do here.

Despite the company's shortcomings as what has been dubbed by some as a vanity project for the rich, at least it appears as though they are using their star power to generate some funds and awareness for a worthy cause.

You can watch the live stream over on TIDAL here. Fans will be able to donate to the cause during the live stream, presumably prompted by pop ups on their screen and then by the artists.
