Pusha T seems to have a meticulously planned vision for the future of G.O.O.D. Music. After Kanye West named Pusha president of the label, founded by West, Pusha has outlined how he envisions the future of the company. In doing so, Pusha also discussed Kanye's upcoming album Swish, saying he hadn't worked on it, but what he's heard has been "phenomenal."

In an interview with Roling Stone, Pusha expanded on his plans for the record label. He said, "I feel like the music should stay on the course of what it's been doing and stay with everything that's creative. I mean, I feel like we've been sticklers for creativity and things that have staying power. As far as new artists go, we're going to continue looking in that direction and keep making wise choices in regards to artistry."

Pusha told the magazine that he wants a self contained artist with vision. Further, he stressed the importance of one's ability to accumulate his or her own fan base. The artists Pusha is looking for would ideally create their own music videos, touring circuits, merchandise, etc.

Although Pusha said Kanye West's Swish was not an abum he was working on, the rapper/businessman seemed very optimistic about its content. "...Everything I've heard is phenomenal and it has nothing to do with any of the other records that were released before," he says. "That's all I can really say about it. He's super meticulous about the messaging about his album but you guys are in for a treat."

Pusha also discussed his upcoming album King Push- Darkest Before Dawn: The Prequel, saying that it had an entirely different sound than its predecessor. He said, "I feel like My Name Is My Name is a bit more lighthearted than what I just created."
