Better late than never, right? Two men are reportedly suing rapper Rick Ross following a nightclub brawl that went down in 2011.

According to RadarOnline, Jeison Soto and Edward Soto claim that Rozay's entourage seriously injured them during a brawl at his 2011 birthday party at New York City's Umbrella Lounge.

Vibe magazine reports the two men claim the Maybach Music boss was to blame for a fight that broke out between his entourage and the Umbrella Lounge's employees.

The Sotos say they sustained "multiple bodily injuries" as a result of the brawl. They also believe the lounge had inadequate security.

This particular incident has landed Ross in hot water before. Vibe says Ross issued a summons back in 2012. He has yet to respond to the court order.

The Sotos reportedly took action prior to filing a suit against Ross. They previously sued the lounge, which later sued the rapper.

The lounge claimed that they had enough security to stop the fight that took place but Ross' entourage were said to continue scrapping outside, which resulted in the two men's injuries.

Rick Ross has had a history of birthday celebrations gone wrong. Last year, Ross crashed his luxury vehicle after dodging bullets coming from a group of men shooting at his car.

As previously reported by XXL, Ross' Rolls Royce crashed into an apartment building in the wee hours of his birthday.

Rick Ross and his passenger were not injured during the incident. Multiple shots were fired.
