Apparently justice has finally been served for 40 Glocc. Back in 2012, the rapper accused The Game of jumping him and pulling a gun on him outside of a party in Hollywood Hills. The altercation was caught on video and instantly went viral. Of course, that didn't help Game because now a judge is ordering him to pay up!

Game and 40 Glocc have never been close. Actually, they appear to really hate each other. So when they bumped into one another at that party, it was no surprise that fists would go flying. After being accused by 40 Glocc in court, Game later on claimed he was using self-defense and that it was in fact, 40 Glocc that pulled out a gun. The story details are murky but that didn't stop a judge from charging Game with battery and ordering him to pay $3,000.

Now before, any of you Game fans start huffing and puffing, take note of what he could have ended up paying:

  • $500,000 for pain and suffering
  • $500,000 for emotional distress
  • $2 million in punitive damages
  • $25,000 in medical expenses
  • $750,000 for lost earnings

Those hefty fees were a part of 40 Glocc's lawsuit against Game. According to TMZ, 40 Glocc filed a lawsuit in 2013 for $4.54 million. Welp, that didn't exactly happen, did it?

Though Game has been ordered to only pay $3,000, according to My News LA he will have to return to court on January 14th. Because the judge charged Game with battery, the court will have to decide if he has to pay punitive damages.

With all that being said, Game doesn't seem worried one bit. His most recent album, The Documentary 2, did well in sales and fans were beyond satisfied with it. The collector's edition of the album is set to release on January 22nd. Game is also working on his upcoming album, 1992, which is said to have no features.
