In 2016, Priscilla Rainey accused rapper The Game of sexual assault. She filed a civil suit against him and was awarded $7.1 million following his failure to show up in a court hearing.

According to reports, the "Hate It Or Love It" singer has been dodging Rainey, refusing to pay her, and publicly denounced paying her.

He went as far as hiding his assets by making shell companies to avoid it getting seized, reports added.

However, it seems like she has finally had enough, and decided to take matters into her own hands by hiring a private investigator.

Gone Wrong

According to Rainey, the rapper "forcefully" reached up her dress and sexually assaulted her while they were taping "She's Got Game," reports say.

It has been five years since she was awarded the damages by the courts, and has been going after the rapper to get him to pay her. She even attempted to acquire his businesses and Cameo earnings.

According to reports, Rainey has only been able to collect over $250,000 dollars, but it is a far cry from how much he owes her, which amounts to over $6 million, reports say as of this writing.

Rainey informed the court that she hired a private investigator to assist her and speed up the process of collecting the damages.

New Suit

In September, Rainey accused The Game of making shell companies in an attempt to hide his assets. She filed a new lawsuit against JTT Holdings, Inc, F12 & Associates, 5th Amendment Entertainment, and Pass Go 2 Win LLC. In addition to that, reports also added that the rapper's manager, Cash M. Jones, was also named as a defendant.

Through the private investigator, Rainey claimed that The Game, born Jayceon Terrell Taylor, was working behind the scenes as Jones did all the work upfront.

Jones transferred over $300,000 dollars to JTT in 2019, in which Rainey alleged how the rapper was receiving his money.

She also attempted to seize the rapper's Calabasas mansion but was unsuccessful due to the fact that the deed was no longer under The Game's name, instead it was transferred to Jones.

"On Friday, July 29, 2022, surveillance was conducted on the residence from 10:30 am to 11 am, at which time Taylor was followed in his vehicle to an office building in Encino," she shared. "Personal service was announced and attempted as Taylor entered the building, however, he refused to take possession."

As of this writing, the judge presiding over the case is yet to make a decision on the course of this case.
