Baauer has unveiled the music video for his new single "Day Ones" featuring UK grime rapper Novelist and Leikeli 47 taken from his upcoming album Aa. The video stars the two rappers set in an odd scene that clashes past and present with a revolutionary war battle in a modern day empty parking lot.

The video features a revolutionary war battle between British red coast and the revolutionary army in blue. The battle goes as they used to go with the two armies lining up across from each other, trading salvos, dropping like flies and then once bullets were exhausted charging with bayonets fixed.

This is all occurring in the background of Leikeli 47 and Novelist rapping next to some cars and underneath an errant chandelier which is somehow still hanging in the air.

The video was directed by Hiro Murai.

Baauer will release his debut album Aa on March 18. The LP has some big name features from the likes of Future, Pusha T, Rustie and M.I.A.

"Day Ones" is the second single to be released from LP after it was premiered in a somewhat awkward fashion on Colbert. Baauer sat in a guest chair with his laptop in his lap, while Leikeli 47 rapped with a few dancers alongside her.

To support the album, Baauer is heading out on tour almost immediately after Aa is released, hitting cities in across the United States like Philadelphia, Miami, Washington D.C., Chicago and New York City. The First Foot Tour seems a bit sparse at this point, but he will probably start to fill out his schedule soon.
