Experimental electronic pop duo Tehnoloogiline Paike's 2016 album, Technological Sun, is really a self-titled record. First of all, it is literally the translation of the band name, which is in Estonian. Secondly, it is one of the most personal collections of music of the year. Taking on depression and the issue of creative voids, this 2016 release is arguably the most important for members Evar Anvelt and Mihkel Kõrvits. "Breaking It" is the second track on the new album, and appears on Side A of the 12" release. If you're a fan of synthesizers, this is the best band to listen to.

Tehnoloogiline Painke clearly does not shy away from incorporating powerful lead lines over droning sub bass and pads. Singer Evar Anvelt's robotic delivery makes listeners think back to the time of Kraftwerk and even New Order.

Anvelt's lyrics deal with an emptiness he felt when it came to writing music, which is something he got past, as you can tell from this great song and the accompanying tunes on this new album.
