Former Scrubs and Garden State star Zach Braff stopped by the ever-so epic The Howard Stern Show earlier this morning to discuss his new film Wish I Was Here. During the interview, Braff brought up the recent dating rumors about he and Taylor Swift –– which he calls "Internet bullsh-t."

Stern spoke to the fact that he read the two were "very, very close friends," to which Braff asserts they've met a couple of times and "she's a sweet girl."

When the legendary radio DJ proposed she'd be a great date for him, the actor-writer-director immediately noted that he has no interest in dating the "super famous girls," and then referenced a past relationship he had with Mandy Moore. "I dated Mandy Moore, and I didn't like it. When you date another famous person, that's when they really hound you."

"They" refers to the paparazzi, who Braff claims will gladly follow you everywhere you go, hang outside your house or follow you throughout the city, should two famous people decide to get together.

"You know these people," he tells Stern. "You can't even walk outside in New York." To which Stern admits, "It's crazy."

And while it seems Braff can freely make way down the street without any trouble, his good friend, Harry Styles, has a different situation. "This kid, he's the sweetest kid. He can't walk two f-cking feet, or a crowd forms and paparazzi forms."

The Wish I Was Here writer-director ends the portion of the interview saying, "I don't want that existence."
