Following her court appearances, Britney flaunted a ring on her engagement finger that made fans speculate that she is already getting married. Meanwhile, Sam stirred the buzz even more by sharing a congratulatory message from a paparazzi.
Britney Spears, Sam Asghari Already Married?!
On Thursday, Sam offered a part of his attention to the article about his engagement to the pop star.
"People don't know but we've been married for about five years and we secretly got married in Hawaii - that's one of the stories that I don't know but I see in the newspapers - and we have twins," he joked, as quoted by Fox News.
His comment came after a rumor about their marriage also occurred a week after Britney's June 23 hearing.
During that time, they flew to Hawaii to have a weekend vacation. However, the getaway caused rumors about their marriage to surface.
The tabloid Woman's Day, as quoted by GossipCop, claimed that Britney and Sam had a "shotgun wedding" on the beach where they also said they were ready for kids.
"He's telling friends they're using this Hawaii mini-break to practice! They're so excited and can really see a future together now they have the world's support," the source said.
However, the buzz has since been debunked. The couple made their relationship Instagram official in January 2017 after working together for her "Slumber Party" music video.
Britney Spears Case: What's The Current Development
Following her consecutive hearings, the 39-year-old singer has been granted a motion allowing her to choose and hire her attorney. This followed the event where her former court-appointed attorney, Sam Ingham, filed for resignation, and County Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny approved it.
She currently continues her fight with the help of former federal prosecutor Mathew Rosengart.
Previously, she told the court that she always wanted Sam to drive her in his car. She also wants to start a family with him and marry his long-time boyfriend.
Still, it remains unknown whether the conservatorship will end soon. Her chance to get married and have kids are also unclear as long as she is under the conservatorship program.
