Will Little Mix never reconvene again after the hiatus has been firmly put in place?

A solo record deal has been signed by the most of the band's members, with Jade Thirlwall being the most recent signing.

As reported by The Sun, Jade is poised to sign a major record deal with RCA, the same label that helped Little Mix regain their position at the top of the charts following their split from Simon Cowell's record firm, Syco.

It is reported that Jade is planning to sign the dotted line in the coming days and that she has already begun to organize a substantial collaboration that will aid in the debut of her solo career.

In addition, according to an insider, there have been discussions about her collaborating with "Juice" hitmaker Lizzo, with whom she now shares a manager.

However, despite the fact that she is currently in discussions with other organizations, the British singer is confident in the fact that the people at RCA will take good care of her and understand what she wants to happen in the next chapter of her career.

'She is currently in advanced conversations,' the insider stated, adding that it is now simply a matter of crossing the t's and dotting the i's.

"They've already started working on figuring out what her next movements will be as a solo artist," says the producer.

Jade Thirlwall, on the other hand, is claimed to be very clear about what she wants and to be overjoyed to have finally found her own voice.

Even though she has already recorded multiple tracks for her upcoming album, she will not share anything till she is completely satisfied with the songs she has created.

She and Lizzo are reportedly going to collaborate in the studio now that they share a management team, owing to the fact that they are both amazing composers with complementary perspectives.

According to the insider, they have the potential to work together to build something empowering for the community.

A record deal is not the only thing that Jade Thirlwall has going for her right now. Another member of her band, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, has recently signed with the Warner Music Group.

On top of that, she's currently working on a novel of her own.

While Perrie Edwards has been focused with her clothing line, Disora, she has also been preoccupied with her personal life.

Meanwhile, Jessie Nelson, an ex-bandmate, has just embarked on a solo career after leaving the group.

Following their farewell tour, the remaining members of Little Mix will take a hiatus, which will take place in April.
