In the rock industry, most musicians opt to remove their shirts in the middle of their live shows; Def Leppard's Phil Collen is not an exception, as he loves flaunting his toned body even at the age of 64.

According to 103 GBF Rocks, the rocker's secret to staying fit is having a physical trainer whenever they travel from city to city.

Now that the band is gearing up for their long-awaited tour, Vince Neil had started a fat-burning treatment last year, months after his vocals suffered during his first solo show since the pandemic.

Nikki Sixx also stressed the importance of being fit while traveling for concerts. In an interview with Loudwire, the bassist said musicians should be able to "play and sing and move, jump, whatever you want to do."

In an interview with KSHE 95, Collen said he isn't concerned about their band's performance, and they will have a physical trainer to stay in shape.

Motley Crue and Def Leppard are set to perform in their twice-postponed Stadium Tour with Poison and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts.

According to the band's official website, their tour will kick off at Suntrust Park in Atlanta, Georgia, on June 16 before traveling to cities like Miami, Orlando, Washington, Philadelphia, Charlotte, Jacksonville, St. Louis, Nashville, Cincinnati, and many more.

Their last show will be at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, on September 9.

Def Leppard previously toured with KISS from 2014 to 2015, and Collen noted that the band inspired them to perform the best they could and showed them that upstaging another music act isn't important.

In addition to their Stadium Tour, the band will release a new album titled "Diamond Star Halos," which will hit record stores and music streaming platforms on May 27.

Per Rolling Stone, the upcoming LP is the group's first collection of new songs since their self-titled record in 2015.

They recorded it remotely throughout the pandemic as frontman Joe Elliott was in Ireland, bassist Rick Savage in England, guitarists Phil Collen and Vivian Campbell in a different part of England, and drummer Rick Allen in the United States.

The album is set to feature 15 new meaningful songs "with a mixture of classic spirit meets modern frie."

The group collaborated with other musicians like Alisson Krauss for the songs "This Guitar" and "Lifeless," and David Bowie's pianist Mike Garson for "Goodbye For Good This Time" and "Angels (Can't Help You Now)."
