Adele has redeemed herself for the cancelation of her highly-anticipated Las Vegas residency, but the experience for her was gruesome as she still considers it the worst moment in her music career.

Appearing on the cover of Elle Magazine UK, the "Easy On Me" hitmaker revealed that she was embarrassed after canceling her residency the last minute.

Speaking about the experience, the British singer said she went back to Los Angeles, California, after the scandal, but someone had tipped off the paparazzi that she'll land in the city.

Upon arriving, photographers lined up outside her boyfriend Rich Paul's house and she couldn't do anything but hide inside.

"I couldn't even sit in the garden and be on the phone with my friends, I was just trapped inside," she said.

Amid the scandal, Adele revealed she used a secret account on Twitter to "occasionally lurk her mentions" but fans immediately expressed their frustrations and disappointment which made her feel embarrassed, leading her to hide.

The situation made her stop promoting her album "30" because she was afraid that people would think she didn't care about the postponed shows.

"I didn't want anyone to think I wasn't trying my best,' she says, her voice getting quiet," she added.

Adele Shares Future Plans With Boyfriend Rich Paul

Even after a horrendous experience regarding her Las Vegas residency cancelation, the singer still has a significant other who supports her all the time.

As reported by Daily Mail UK, Adele said in the interview that she wanted to be a "homemaker" and she's excited to embark on a new journey with her current boyfriend, Rich Paul.

In addition, she said she never felt this kind of feeling before and she wanted to have more kids in the future.

Many people have been speculating about the couple's status as the singer was previously seen sporting a diamond ring.

When asked about her ring, Adele clarified that she's not married nor engaged, but she's in love.

The reason why she was wearing a diamond ring was that she loves high-end jewelry.

Right now, the "Hometown Glory" hitmaker said her main focus is her rescheduled Las Vegas shows.

Adele's residency will take place at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada, starting on November 18 until March 25 next year. (via Deadline)
