Taylor Swift's new song Anti-Hero may be holding onto the number one spot on the UK music charts.
Taylor Swift has a tight grip on the top of the music charts around the world. The star made history as she earned, and continues to hold, all top ten songs on Billboard's Hot 100 songs. This is the first time in history that all ten songs have been held by the same artist. It is a brilliant accomplishment, one that is incredibly well deserved by the masterpiece that is her newest album Midnights.
As is the way of time, Midnights continues to strike all over the world. In the UK, the third song on the album Anti-Hero is looking to remain in the number one spot on the charts for the third consecutive week. This would mark Taylor Swift's longest running number one track in the UK ever.
The star's previous record was made by a song on her 2017 album Reputation. The iconic song Look What You Made Me Do held the number one slot in the UK for two weeks. At the onset of this third week, could Anti-Hero officially leave 2017 in the dust?
