Wynonna Judd recently lost two people close to her – her mom Naomi and her dear friend Lisa Marie Presley.

The 58-year-old performer spoke with Entertainment Tonight while she was getting ready for her forthcoming tour about the unexpected passing of Elvis and Priscilla Presley's only child.

One day after the 54-year-old's passing, the country artist posted an Instagram tribute.

"I was so shocked, and it kicked my butt because she's 54 years old and I'm 58," Wynonna revealed to ET.

"And when you go through something like this, it's just bizarre. It's hard to comprehend."

Benjamin Keough, Lisa Marie Presley's kid, and Elvis Presley were all buried in Graceland's Meditation Garden, where Lisa Marie was also laid to rest on January 22.

On January 12, the troubled celebrity passed away from a heart attack.

Wynonna Judd discussed pain after losing her mother to suicide in April 2022.

I simply think, right now, I can't image what they're going through. It's too hard to talk about. Maybe in some time, when we give it some time to settle.

Despite understanding it's selfish, Wynonna said that she doesn't believe the deceased are in a better place because she wants them to be with her. She refers to it as a "human response," nonetheless.

"So the human response for me is just love the ones you're with."

How Did Wynonna Judd and Lisa Marie Presley Become Friends?

Wynonna Judd has a strong relationship with the Presley family because her stepfather, Larry Strickland, sang as Elvis Presley's backup vocalist in the gospel group The Stamps Quartet in the 1970s.

Elvis was a four-year collaborator of Larry's, and Larry even acknowledged that Elvis was much affected by gospel quartet music.

Wynonna, meantime, is a well-known admirer of Elvis and even contributed to the "Lilo & Stitch" soundtrack, which included "Burning Love," by singing it.

Wynonna Judd's Grief

Regarding Naomi Judd, Wynonna wants her mother's role in her life to be remembered by her followers.

The other half of The Judds was characterized as "one of the most tough and sensitive" people she had ever met.

Wynonna is using her music to express her sadness as she embarks on a tour and vows to continue doing so until she is unable to.

Like love, which is the greatest of them, music is what endures.

She and Naomi were meant to go on the "The Judds: The Final Tour." The latter, though, committed suicide last year.
