Many fans were both surprised and confused as Justin Bieber made his on-stage comeback at this year's Rolling Loud Festival in California just days after his team canceled his upcoming tour.

According to Yahoo! Entertainment, the musician made a surprise appearance during Don Toliver's set where he performed his collaboration track with the rapper titled "Private Landing" without Future.

Some supporters expressed their excitement on social media as they were happy for Bieber to be returning to the stage because it's been six months since the last time he performed after initially postponing his "Justice" World Tour.

"He turns into a different beast on Travis/Don Toliver tracks," one fan wrote, while another user chimed in writing, "Happy Birthday weekend @justinbieber Thanks for coming on stage!!!"

Despite some of the positive comments the singer had been receiving online, many were also disappointed as they couldn't believe he would perform just days after canceling his highly-anticipated tour, which supposedly has 80 more shows to come.

"how are you gonna cancel shows people have been waiting YEARS for. literally been rescheduled over 2 times. and then be a guest performance at rolling loud. giving me an ick," one wrote.

Another user replied to the tweet, seemingly defending the pop star, saying performing one song is different from touring as it requires him to play almost every day.

However, the user who originally shared the post is demanding for an explanation as Bieber has yet to release an official statement regarding the cancelation of his tour.

As of this writing, Justin Bieber has not publicly commented on the matter.

Justin Bieber 'Justice World Tour' Canceled

A few days ago, fans took to social media to share screenshots of the e-mails they received regarding the musician's concert.

Ticket-selling platforms like Ticketmaster and AXS reached out to supporters to announce that the upcoming dates have been canceled.

Bieber has yet to release an official announcement regarding the matter, but he initially postponed his tour last year due to his medical woes.

The "Beauty and the Beat" hitmaker revealed to social media that his face got partially paralyzed due to a condition called Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome, making him unable to continue his shows across North America.

He later made his return to Europe in an attempt to continue performing, but the singer noted it "took a real toll" on him.
