Kurt Cobain's first song went viral again before the late singer's death anniversary.

A few weeks before fans remember Cobain and his tragic death, talks about his songs and albums resurfaced. One of the queries was about the first song he had ever written as a songwriter.

The track in question, "Blather's Log," was reportedly created by Cobain on Jan. 2, 1986, for the short-lived punk band, Fecal Matter. The singer dropped the song in 1989 with its album, "Illiteracy Will Prevail."

Fecal Matter was only promoted between 1985 and 1986, with its members Buzz Osborne, Dale Crover, and Mike Dillard.

Cobain notably wrote songs for the rock band, Nirvana, as well. He also had several collaboration albums, including "Where Did You Sleep Last Night?" "Grey Goose," "Ain't It a Shame," "They Hung Him on a Cross," "Scratch It Out," "Earth's demo," and "Houdini," to name a few.

With his skills and talent, he still has the title of one of the most influential alternative rock musicians in history. Unfortunately, the music industry lost him earlier than expected.

Kurt Cobain's Death: Singer Died at 27

Cobain's career was cut short when he was found dead inside his Seattle, Washington, home on April 5, 1994.

According to History, electrician Gary Smith - who was installing a security system in the house at that time - discovered him three days after his death. Although reports said he died by suicide, there were rumors that his wife, Courtney Love, had something to do with his death.

Before his passing, Cobain went into a coma after nearly dying following the consumption of champagne and the drug Rohypnol. His fans believed that the accidental heroin overdose induced the coma.

The famed singer had a problem with drugs long before his death.

CBS News released never-before-scene death scene photos of Kurt Cobain. The news outlet also cited the 10-page FBI file, which detailed fans' pleas to investigate his death as a possible homicide instead of suicide.

"We are unable to identify any violation of federal law within the investigative jurisdiction of the FBI," it said. "Most homicide/death investigations generally fall within the jurisdiction of state and local authorities."

The Seattle Police Department conducted a reexamination of the evidence in 2014, including the crime scene photos. More photos of the shotgun were released years later, confirming that the singer died of a gunshot wound.

Cobain left a suicide note and put it on top of a planter before succumbing.
