When she approached Entertainment Tonight for an interview, the "In Pieces" singer was more than happy to talk about her sister and her "big night."

Detailing her excitement, Chloe said she was trying not to cry every time she thought about seeing the movie.

"I'm the only one who hasn't seen it 'cause I've been on tour when they had the early screenings and I just I gotta get tissues with me," she confessed.

Asked about what she thought about videos of little black girls seeing "The Little Mermaid" trailer with Halle Bailey in it and being emotional by it, Chloe had this to say:

"Even just talking about it, I get chills to know that all those beautiful girls will be able to see proper representation. Whether you're black or white or anything like that, you'll be able to look at my sister and say - 'I can be anything I want no matter what the world tells me is acceptable.'" she said.

Halle Bailey Was The Perfect Ariel

For Chloe, there could not be a more perfect Ariel. She even raved about her not needing any more training to become a Disney princess, because she was actually that person even before.

Despite racist backlash for casting a Black woman for Ariel, many industry figures, including Jodi Benson, the original voice of Ariel in the animated motion picture, have expressed their support for the star.

The two even had a photo together on the blue carpet together.
