But much to her dismay, her "Elvis" actor boyfriend appears disinterested in getting married soon.
According to Radar Online, the daughter of legendary supermodel Cindy Crawford has been left idle as her beau stays busy with a host of on-screen projects.
Though she is eager to say "I do," the 21-year-old supermodel has been told by Austin to pump the breaks on marriage for now, according to a source close to the pair.
Since receiving his Oscar nomination, Austin is reportedly devoted to enhancing his career prospects.
An unnamed friend told the outlet that Kaia knew her boyfriend's dedication to work and accepted that it would likely remain his priority.
In December 2021, news of a budding relationship between two famous stars made headlines. This was followed by runway babe's parting from "Euphoria" star Jacob Elordi and Austin's split with "High School Musical" star Vanessa Hudgens.
According to a source who spoke to Entertainment Tonight, Kaia and Austin have been spending time cultivating their relationship.
"It's clear they enjoy being in each other's presence," the source said, noting that the pair is "very sweet and affectionate" with one another.
They concluded by saying that an atmosphere of comfort radiates between them.
Ambitious Austin Butler allegedly tries to convince his significant other, who also starred in "American Horror Story," to take her craft more seriously.
However, her famous mother has been winning in this conversation, and Kaia has decided against following his advice.

It has been made clear that Cindy has long held an opinion that true joy can only be found outside of work and not in it.
A source noted, "She needs to sit down with Austin and really consider their relationship - is this his top priority?"
Before her relationship with Butler and her role in 'Euphoria,' Kaia was allegedly linked to a few famous men.
Included in those rumors was her brief period with Pete Davidson shortly after his engagement to Ariana Grande ended.
Meanwhile, this year, Kaia opened up about what qualities matter most to her regarding a partner.
She told Vogue in May 2021 that having a secure, trusting relationship with someone where they don't expect anything from each other has provided her with an entirely new outlook on love and how it's meant to be felt.
"There is a big difference between lust and love," she explained. "One involves craving the company of others, while true love is about truly understanding someone."
