Madonna's last Instagram post before her ICU admission sparked concerns due to the singer's frail and exhausted look.

The highly-anticipated "Celebration" tour of Madonna has been postponed after the singer suffered a serious bacterial infection that led her to be admitted to an intensive care unit and intubated for days. She and her team are yet to confirm the cause of her health condition, but the public noticed how her last Instagram post showed signs of her deteriorated well-being.

Madonna's Last Instagram Photos Before Hospitalization Spark Concerns

Madonna uploaded a photoset on Instagram featuring the behind-the-scenes of her rehearsals before the "Celebration" tour. She captioned it "The Calm Before The Storm," but fans noticed that the singer looked like she had already endured a storm in her somber photos due to her exhausted and frail appearance.

As noted by Mirror UK, the "Material Girl" hitmaker's photos showed signs that she was already exhausted due to the consecutive 12-hour per day preparation for her tour.

It was later revealed that she had endured a low-grade fever prior to her infection, but she just shrugged it off and continued with her rehearsals. However, it got worse after being left untreated and led to the health condition that left her hospitalized.

Aside from her Instagram post, photos of Madonna - obtained by Daily Mail - hours before her collapse also reportedly showed off a similar aura. The singer attended the Karl Lagerfeld exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum in Manhattan when she marked her last public outing before her hospital admission.

Madonna's Health Update

Days after manager, Guy Oseary, confirmed her health ordeal through an Instagram post, new updates assured the public that Madonna was already on the mend and recuperating at her New York City residence.

A source told CNN that she feels better but continues to rest and follow her doctors' orders, dismissing her pals' worries about her pushing herself to the limit again.

For what it's worth, claims that her physicians and close relatives were worried about her not considering her health emerged after her discharge. They reportedly feared the singer might skip her recovery just to start her "Celebration" tour as soon as possible.
