A victory was obtained by Riley Keough on Friday.

The judge signed off on her June petition which appointed her as the single trustee to her late mother's estate; Lisa Marie Presley, according to Deadline.

Reaching this agreement had been an endeavor between herself, Priscilla Presley (her grandmother), and Michael Lockwood who acted as the Guardian Ad Litem for her two younger siblings.

Riley has been designated as the administrator of her mother's estate and two sub-trusts for her sisters Harper and Finley, both 14 years of age. As sole trustee, she is now responsible for managing their inheritance.

Meanwhile, Priscilla has been appointed as the Trustee of a sub-trust set up for the benefit of Navarone Garibaldi, Lisa Marie's half-brother. He will receive 1/9 of the trust while her three daughters - Riley, Finley, and Harper - will share the remaining 8/9.

As a part of the Trust's agreement with Priscilla, she will receive a lump sum payment for an undisclosed amount.

On top of that, Riley has appointed Priscilla as a "Special Advisor to the Trust" and will give her grandmother an additional monthly salary for this role.

Graceland, the home of Elvis Presley in Memphis, Tennessee, will now be owned by Riley. She has also granted her grandmother the opportunity to reclaim any personal items she may have left at Graceland or stored away in other units under its control.

Back in April, Priscilla Presley took legal action challenging the 2016 will of her late daughter Lisa Marie.

In the documents filed in Los Angeles, Priscilla argued that Lisa Marie's signature on the will looked different from her usual handwriting and even had her name misspelled.

Riley has also agreed that Priscilla can be laid to rest at Graceland's Meditation Garden when the time comes. It is specified in the document that she will be placed in the nearest spot to Elvis Presley without disturbing any other graves.

In May, it was reported that Priscilla Presley's gravesite had been the focus of a contentious negotiation.

According to TMZ, Priscilla wanted to be laid to rest beside her ex-husband Elvis. But unfortunately, Elvis is already interred between his grandmother Minnie Mae and his father Vernon Presley.

Gladys Presley, Lisa Marie, and her son Benjamin (who passed away in 2020) have also found their final resting place at the Meditation Garden.
