Taylor Swift might have already concluded her series of concerts in the United States for her "The Eras" tour, but many fans are still over the moon after they were able to watch and hear the singer perform live. However, there was one supporter who got disappointed as she never received her ticket despite paying a big amount of money.

According to Business Insider, after the TicketMaster fiasco that embroiled earlier this year, other tickets made it onto ticket reselling sites like StubHub. It is the perfect place to get passes for the event as the company assures fans that they are secured.

However, a Swiftie from California named Stefanie Klein purchased tickets for herself and her daughter to watch the pop star. She paid a total of $1,400.

They were initially excited until StubHub reached out to her and told her that the seller who sold her the tickets didn't have the actual tickets.

Taylor Swift Fan Didn't Feel Protected by StubHub's Fan Protect Guarantee; Here's Why

StubHub has a Fan Protect Guarantee which promises those who bought tickets that they will get a full refund and 200% of their ticket purchase price if buyers ever get scammed by sellers.

However, Klein spoke with NBC Los Angeles to reveal that she didn't feel protected by the website's promise.

"I was given reason after reason, excuse after excuse after excuse. There's nothing else I could get from customer service. I couldn't keep calling," she said.

The fan's experience with the website was so bad to the point that it gave her a high blood pressure that's why she didn't want to argue anymore.

The outlet was able to get ahold of StubHub and they gave Klein the refund that she had expected. As of this writing, there are still no clear numbers on how many fans were scammed for Taylor Swift's concert.

As of this writing, StubHub has yet to publicly address the issue.
