When Lizzo's controversial sexual assault lawsuit was publicized earlier this month, Beyonce seemingly missed her name during the roll call on her "Break My Soul (Queen's Remix)," which prompted speculation that Queen B dissed her.

However, Tina Knowles, Beyonce's mother debunked this ongoing viral speculation at the time. Now, it seemed like Beyonce cleared the air once and for all - and not everyone is happy about it.

Beyonce Dissed Lizzo Amid Controversial Lawsuit

A roll call of all of Beyonce's peers, close industry friends, and idols are mentioned during her performance of "Break My Soul (Queen's Remix).

However, on her stop in Foxborough, Massachusetts on Aug. 2, 2023, Queen B seemingly missed Lizzo's name during the roll call. Notably, the morning before the performance, Lizzo was sued by three of her former dancers for allegedly sexually and religiously abusing them, fat and weight-shaming them, and creating a hostile working environment.

"Rosetta Tharpe, Santigold, (Vogue) Bessie Smith, Nina Simone (Vogue), Betty Davis, Solange Knowles. Badu, Lizzo, Kelly Rowl' (You know you can do it)" was supposed to be the original lyrics. But instead of mentioning Lizzo, Beyonce repeated Badu four times and also missed Kelly Rowland.

Speculation online grew, suggesting that it was a dig toward Lizzo, who has publicly admired and professed her love and admiration for Beyonce.

As the days go by and the rumor grew, Tina Knowles debunked it, pointing out that it wasn't intentional, as Bey also missed Kelly's name.

From then on, it was never reported if Lizzo's name was mentioned during the roll call again, not only after her recent stop in Atlanta, Georgia.
