Olivia Rodrigo's new album "GUTS" contains a lot of songs that were seemingly inspired by other people, and one person in particular finally spoke out to reveal whether the song was about him or not.

According to Page Six, when the lead single "Vampire" was released, many fans speculated that the song was inspired by the Disney Channel star's previous relationship with a DJ named Zack Bia.

The musician spoke with GQ earlier this week and revealed his true feelings about the song: "I don't think it's really about me," he said.

The DJ added that for him, the internet just ran with the story that's why it circulated all over social media.

Further explaining his side of the story, Bia added that his relationship with Rodrigo wasn't that serious and it's not to the point that she would write a song about it.

"We hung out, we're both busy, and we ended up not furthering our relationship," he added.

Although he believes that the song wasn't completely about him, he revealed that it might be a composite character composed of different people all at once.

Zack Bia's Issue With Madison Beer

After Olivia Rodrigo dropped "Vampire" in July, Madison Beer, who infamously dated Zack Bia for two years before their breakup in 2019, seemingly shaded her ex-boyfriend by commending the pop star.

In a post, as reported by UsWeekly Magazine, the musician praised the Disney star for her growth and the way she writes music.

"Truly think it's so special and showcases her growth so amazingly. Really Really impressive," she wrote.

Amid the issue, Pop Crave reported that Beer's song "Selfish," which was believed to be a track about Bia, received an increase in downloads after the release of "Vampire," to which the singer credited Rodrigo for the success.

"Thank [you] miss olivia <3," she wrote and then deleted in the reply section.

Olivia Rodrigo, Zack Bia Relationship History

It all began in early 2022 when speculations about the couple's relationship circulated online as they were spotted at several same parties at the same times.

Photos immediately went viral on different social media platforms, which led fans to speculate even further. They later went public and attended the Super Bowl together in February 2022.

An insider later confirmed to People Magazine that the two have been dating since earlier that year and "they really like each other."

Months after, it was revealed that the pair decided to end things and one of the main reasons was their careers and busy schedule.
