Olivia Rodrigo revealed during her appearance at "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" that she had to change a lot of the lyrics of several songs in her album "GUTS."

The talk show host and the "Deja Vu" singer were talking about four-lettered words Rodrigo could use as the title of her next album and eventually began talking about another four-lettered word Kimmel's son began using after listening to "Vampire" and how it could possibly be the same for her other younger audiences.

"Oh my god," Rodrigo said apologetically. "[...] I think about it often. I love using a swear word when I think it's tasteful or necessary.

"Sometimes I try to tone it down," she added. "There's a few songs in the album where I was swearing all over the."

Rodrigo then cited "Get Him Back!" and a line she sang in the pre-chorus of the song, "'Cuz I like the way he kisses and the way he makes me laugh," which was apparently originally "'Cuz I like the way he kisses and the way he grabbed my a*s."

In another song, "All American B***h," during the bridge of the song, she sang "perfect all-American lips, perfect all-American hips," but it was originally "perfect all-American lips, perfect all-American t*ts."

Olivia Rodrigo Changes 'Vampire' Song Lyrics

These are not the only songs in Rodrigo's album that she had to change the lyrics to; several months ago, the singer revealed that she had to change some lyrics in "Vampire" to make it more relatable.

According to reports, Rodrigo fought hard to put the lyrics "fame f**ker" in the song.

"Some people said, 'It kind of isolates you from people, you can't really say stuff like that in songs if it's not relatable,' yada, yada, yada," she said during an interview.

"I think the song isn't about fame fucking or whatever. I think it's more about someone being manipulative and sucking you dry, using you for all your worth."

On top of all the changed lyrics, Rodrigo also had to perform clean versions of her songs during live performances due to her younger fans and audiences.
