Cradle of Filth was looking forward to performing at their show in Tel Aviv, Israel, scheduled in February 2024, but the band made the decision to not push through and pospone their concert due to what has been happening in the country.

Taking to their social media accounts, the band revealed that they chose not to go to their show in the city not because they have any affiliation with terrorist groups that was suggested by some Facebook users, but due to the government warning the group not to.

In addition, the group noted that insurers refused to cover any members of the band for the show and the logistics of bringing equipment to Tel Aviv would be hard amidst the war.

"We fully understand the gravity of the situation in Israel and Gaza City at the present and apologies to all our fans in the region for the postponement," they added.

According to Blabbermouth, the government issued another "worldwide caution" because of the war.

Now that the band has postponed their show in Tel Aviv, they will now kick off their series of concerts for 2024 in Gdansk at B90 on February 12, 2023.

Per the outlet, the band will be joined by talented groups Sick N' Beautiful and Wednesday 13 as supporting acts for their shows.
