Dua Lipa has found herself at odds with Liam Gallagher, who has publicly labeled her as "jealous" in response to her perceived accusation of him being "obnoxious."

This unexpected clash unfolded during an exclusive conversation between the pop sensation and Rolling Stone magazine.

War of Words

Amid the interview, Dua Lipa faced a question regarding the historical disdain Brit-pop bands like Oasis and Blur displayed towards female artists.

Prompted by this inquiry, the "Dance the Night Away" hitmaker openly recognized her ability to identify and enjoy these bands' musical contributions while allowing herself to excuse the negative portrayal of women associated with their image.

She explained: "Sometimes you have to separate the art from the person... It's more like the music element, the aspect of it that I'm connected to. The way that [some Brit-pop artists] acted, the things that they've done, they're obnoxious for sure. That's their whole thing."

News reached Liam, star of Oasis, who wasted no time launching a scathing tirade against Dua.

Taking to social media, Liam unleashed his thoughts to his loyal fans. One individual directly addressed the 51-year-old rock star, inquiring about his response to the 28-year-old popstar's recent comment regarding the "obnoxious" behavior of bands like Oasis and Blur.

In response to the question, the "Wonderwall" crooner responded with a straightforward remark, stating, "She's just jealous."

This comment, however, triggered a wave of passionate support from the dedicated followers of the "Levitating" hitmaker. One individual passionately argued, "Come off it, Dua Lipa's one of the biggest pop stars on the planet - she's not jealous of you, and has a fair point, Liam. You and Noel were utterly obnoxious in the '90s and '00s, and many other men in Britpop bands were misogynistic p--ks."

Liam stood his ground, defiantly asserting, "She's envious that we possess the freedom to speak our minds and express our emotions, even if it means using profanity."

As expected, this incited a flurry of responses from the "New Rules" singer's loyal supporters who rallied together to show their unwavering support.

But Liam's supporters grew increasingly worried about the well-being of the Oasis icon. Dua's devoted fan base unleashed a torrent of criticism, leaving Liam feeling overwhelmed and emotionally drained.

Liam candidly confessed to feeling completely exhausted when a concerned follower inquired about his state of mind after the intense Twitter storm.

During a candid conversation with Rolling Stones, Dua revealed an intriguing aspect about her encounters, or rather, the lack thereof, with two esteemed musicians. Astonishingly, she confessed, "I have yet to cross paths with Liam or Blur frontman Damon Albarn."

She said, "There's so much toxicity in the way people wanted their artists or musicians... If they weren't like that, they would've been seen as boring, and I think that's such a bad way to see things."
