Mo'Nique is showing off her weight loss and all of her black girl magic in her latest Tina Turner inspired cardio-dance workout routine to "Proud Mary."

Comedian Mo'Nique Hicks already proved she has a lot of bounce and rhythm in her two-step when she hosted the 2004 BET Awards and gave a jaw-dropping performance of Beyonce's booty popping, uh-oh "Crazy In Love" dance moves.

Now she's at it again, only this time she journeyed back to the early '70s and borrowed the Ike & Tina Turner cover of the Creedence Clearwater Revival rock classic, "Proud Mary."

Barely recognizable in the Instagram video after losing over 100 pounds, the Almost Christmas actress can be seen sporting a long wig, stretch pants and the signature Tina Turner-styled fringed dress.

With her arms rolling, hair tossing and hips gyrating, Hicks and two friends performed their high-energy cardio routine, which at one point caused the shades on the Ike Turner look-a-like to fly off his face and across the room.

Posting videos on social media showing her progress, determination and dancing her way to a healthier body is nothing new for the mother of two.

In a video shared back in September the Baltimore native updated her fans on how she is losing weight all over, especially in her breasts, which at time dropped in size from a 44B to a 38B as reported by People.

Though Mo Mo is having fun dancing her way to healthier her, she did advise her followers who are also seeking to lose weight to remain patient when looking for results.

“It didn’t happen overnight. It didn’t happen in a week," revealed the 49-year-old on Instagram. "It takes time. This is not a sprint. It is a marathon. Life is meant to be lived.”
