It's official! Quavo and Takeoff have finally addressed the rumors about Migos' disbandment, confirming that they are now a duo as Offset is no longer part of the rap group.
According to Uproxx, Offset reportedly departed from the trio earlier this year as the other two is not on good terms with their former bandmate.
In an interview with "Big Facts" with Big Bank and DJ Scream, Quavo explained that both he and Takeoff stand on real deal loyalty and "sometimes that s*** ain't displayed."
He clarified that their disbandment doesn't have anything to do with their record label, paperwork, or the likes, but rather a personal issue between them.
"And s***, it is what it is. Right now, we gon' be the duo 'til time tell," he said.
The outlet noted that the rapper was talking about Offset renegotiating his deal with the record label, Quality Control Music. He filed a lawsuit against the music giant after they add their name to the credits of the song "5432" despite it being released under Motown.
As of this writing, Offset has not publicly commented on the matter.

Quavo, Takeoff New Album
In early reports, Quavo and Takeoff announced that they will be dropping their collaborative album titled "Only Built For Infinity Links" after releasing their surprise song "Big Stunna" with Birdman.
The rapper shared the official tracklist on his Instagram account which shows 18 new songs along with star-studded collaborations with Young Thug, Summer Walker, Gucci Mane, Mustard, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, and many more.
The duo also unveiled the official album art where they can be seen wearing denim jackets while wearing chains and white sunglasses. The print on the background resembled the American flag.
The album is currently available for pre-save. Fans can purchase, stream, or download the record starting on October 7.
On the other hand, Offset will also reportedly release solo music after confirming it in a Q&A on Twitter.
The former member revealed that his record will contain 13 new tracks and its vibe would be "fun excitement realness."
Fans started to speculate about the issue between the three earlier this year when they canceled their appearance at the Governors Ball Music Festival in New York.
Organizers of the event explained that the cancelation was due to "circumstances out of control."
A spokesperson for Migos issued a statement, saying the group will not be disbanding at the time.
