The Glastonbury Music Festival for this year has already been sold out despite organizers not releasing any information regarding the performers yet, but one specific artist, who has been victorious during the awards season, is rumored to perform; who could it be?

According to the Daily Mail UK, RAYE has reportedly been offered a "big slot" at this year's massive music festival. Ever since talks with Stevie Wonder to become a headliner ended, organizers, especially Emily Eavis, have been focused to get the British singer to perform.

"Emily is a huge fan of Raye. She loves her story of grafting for years and taking on the music industry and record labels and winning," an insider told The Sun.

The source further noted that the festival indeed wanted RAYE to take the stage, but after her victorious six wins at the BRIT Awards, they offered her a bigger slot.

As of this writing, RAYE and organizers of the Glastonbury Music Festival have yet to reveal whether the rumors are true or not.

Rumored Glastonbury Headliners

Prior to Raye, there have been rumors that Madonna, Coldplay, and Dua Lipa, have been offered to play the festivals, but there has no confirmation yet.

However, it was previously reported that Madonna turned down the offer after organizers Michael and Emily Eavis allegedly refused to pay her a big amount of money for her to bring her "Celebration" concert to the famed venue.

"To be honest it's been a real blow not being able to nail down a deal with Madonna," a source said.

There has also been an issue with last year's show because the public criticized the event for the gender imbalance over the big name female performers, that's why they got their eyes on Dua Lipa.

If ever Lipa becomes one of the headliners, this will be the first time she will be a headlining act.
