How Did Dimebag, Vinnie Paul Die?

In 2004, an obsessed fan shot Dimebag and three other people during a Damageplan show at the Alrosa Villa nightclub in Columbus, Ohio. The suspect, named Nathan Gale, reportedly committed the crime because he was upset that Pantera disbanded and blamed everything on Dimebag. He fired three shots at the back of Dimebag's head and one in his hand.

A Columbus police officer shot Nathan after firing his gun.

Years later, Dimebag's brother, Vinnie Paul, was found dead inside his Las Vegas home after suffering a heart condition. His cause of death was later determined as dilated cardiomyopathy.
