Wynonna Judd's daughter, Grace Kelly, was recently arrested and booked into an Alabama jail. This wasn't her child's first run-in with the law, as she's had legal troubles for years.

According to People magazine, Kelley was booked into the Elmore County Jail on April 5 and was charged with indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations. Her bond is set at $1,000.

The report states that Judd's daughter "exposed her breasts and lower body" in front of unsuspecting drivers along the Interstate 65 and Highway 14 intersection in Millbrook.

When authorities tried to arrest her, Kelley reportedly refused to identify herself. When police got involved, she sat down on the road and wouldn't cooperate.

As of this writing, it's unclear if the country superstar's child has a legal team who would represent her.

Wynonna Judd has yet to address the matter publicly.

Grace Kelley's Legal Trouble History

This wasn't the first time Grace Kelley, the second child of Judd and her ex-husband Arch Kelley III, was put behind bars as E! News reported that she was previously sentenced to eight years in prison in 2018.

At the time, the West Tennessee State Penitentiary confirmed that she violated her probation and served her time in prison for two scheduled drugs in June 2016.

"Grace's probation was revoked on February 8, 2018. Grace was given a eight year sentence for scheduled two drugs (meth) in June of 2016 and another four year sentence for evading arrest in July 2016," public information officer Robert Reburn told Us Weekly.

The Daily Beast reported that she was released from jail in 2022; however, she was arrested again in May 2023 and spent a few months in jail before getting released in October of that year.

Wynonna Judd Thinks Grace Kelley is the Strongest Woman in Her Family

Although Judd rarely opens up about Kelley's problems in the past, she commended her for being a strong woman, and she even declared on The Pursuit! with John Rich that her daughter is the "strongest Judd woman in our 'herstory.'"

In other interviews, the musician spoke about being a grandparent after Kelley gave birth to her baby Kaliyah Chanel. The baby was welcomed to the world during a temporary leave of absence from jail.

"She gives me hope.... They give you hope; they give you something to think about other than yourself," Judd told the Today show.
