Katy Perry was spotted at Coachella over the weekend to support her best friend, and one TikTok superstar serenaded her with a rare song from her old album, which left her shocked. See her reaction below.
According to Billboard, the American Idol judge made a surprise appearance at her best friend Mia Moretti's festival set. After taking the stage with the famed DJ, social media star Harry Daniels approached the pop star.
Daniels is popularly known for randomly approaching celebrities regularly and singing their songs.

For Katy Perry, the online personality opted to sing a cover of her track "International Smile" from her album Prism.

Upon approaching the pop superstar, Daniels began belting out the lyrics of the song, and the singer was instantly shocked by the encounter. As the TikTok star continued singing, Perry could be seen looking around and shouting, "Where's Mia?"
It turns out the song "International Smile" was about Mia Moretti, as she said: "My best friend that just played Coachella, that song's about her!"
Daniels captioned his post: "I got really nervous to sing for katy and i blanked," but regardless, he managed to finish the song.

Perry wasn't the only celebrity the online star approached; he also caught up with Gwen Stefani, Paris Hilton, Becky G, Tyga, Reneé Rapp, and Dylan Minnette of Wallows.
Coachella wrapped up its first weekend with a staggering performance from headliner Doja Cat. The music festival will return next week for another round of performances.
Although Katy Perry wasn't officially on the bill, the musician took the stage of the DoLab stage to surprise her best friend for her DJ set.

The recent news comes after the pop star attended the Breakthrough Prize Ceremony in Los Angeles, with Orlando Bloom. During the event, Perry donned a simple black gown with an unusual glass purse containing a note that read "KP6: TOP SECRET."
Although the singer has yet to share more details about her next album, she confirmed to Jimmy Kimmel that she's going to leave American Idol to focus on her music and release new tracks.
She said, "It's going to be a very, very exciting year for all pop star girlies."
