Having accumulated a £25 million or roughly $32 million fortune while still a teenager, Charlotte Church now declares that she lost her millionaire status following years of extravagant spending on a high-end lifestyle.

Per Celebrity Net Worth, Church is estimated to be worth $800,000. This is a far cry from the fortune she amassed when she was barely an adult.
The 38-year-old has recently admitted to Closer Magazine (via Daily Mail UK) about the need to downsize her property due to financial difficulties.
In the interview, she shared, "I am not a millionaire anymore."
It can be recalled that at the tender age of 11, Charlotte Church made her television debut when she sang on ITV's Big, Big Talent Show in 1997 and sang Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Pie Jesu" over the phone on the show This Morning.
She reportedly possessed wealth amounting to £25 million when she was just a teenager.

Following a time of extravagant lifestyle, especially with her rugby player first husband Gavin Henson, it was rumored to have dropped to £11 million.
The former child music sensation then has spent her riches on a £500,000 opulent mansion with her ex-Gavin Henson, an £800,000 yacht, a girls' trip to Ibiza that came with a £10,000 bill, and, more recently, a £1.5 million hippy retreat since her rise to stardom in the mid-2000s.
"What mattered to me when I bought The Spinney is it was absolutely beautiful and close to the forest and it was a big mansion house," she recounted to Closer Magazine.
"We had a school there for a bit and a studio. When it is used by the community, it makes sense, but when it is not used, it doesn't. We want to be in the mainframe and be involved in life and what it feels like," she explained.
"I was very fairy-tale-like and then it gets into this dark, twisted fairy tale," she said.
She is in no way bankrupt yet though as it has also come to light that she has over £3.5 million in assets in one of her companies and made a nice profit of £700,000 from the sale of her home.
According to reports filed this month, Charlotte Church Limited, of which she is the only director, experienced an increase in capital and reserves from £3.36 million to £3.5 million.
However, the woman-focused rural retreat she recently opened to paying guests, owned by her company The Dreaming Limited, has net liabilities of £551,000.
In all fairness, despite several planning and refurbishment failures, the firm is still in its early stages having opened in April 2023. The accounts cover the period up to March 2023, or before it launched for operation, and were filed in December 2023.
This is not the first time that Church tackled her money woes.
In a 2014 interview with BBC One Wales, Church lamented: "I will have to work for the rest of my life. Not because I want to but because I have to. I always understood that all that stuff isn't important and my career was not the be and end all."
Did She Regret Music Career?
In the same interview with Closer Magazine, she said she once struggled with her fame and wealth. It was her dad who asked her to stick it out.
"When I think back on it now, the path I am on is very interesting in the way I reflect rather than the way I look at what happened to me," she added.
She added, "When I made money, I did say to my dad when I was 14, 'I am not sure about this showbiz stuff. I am really not having a good time' and he was like, 'Just stick at it as we don't get these opportunities."
"I did get to a stage in my teenage years, about 16 or 17, when I was like, 'I don't know if I can sing this s** t anymore', but going around the world and singing in the biggest concert halls was phenomenal and I will be grateful for that experience."
"It's the biggest tool for healing and the biggest tool we have for togetherness," she also said.
