Footage recently hit the net of iLoveMakonnen getting physically attacked during a performance in New York City and word is Troy Ave was in on it. The rapper's manager denies the claims despite a recent Twitter feud between the two.

According to HipHopDX, Ave's manager, Hovain Hylton, told thestashed.com that the New York City The Album rapper had nothing to do with the incident.

"I left all of that negative s--t alone," Hylton said. "[We] were trying to get him on a remix of 'All About The Money.'"

He also mentioned that any potential problems between the two had been squashed several weeks age. Hylton says he's been in contact with Drake and October's Very Own.

"It's just wack that any time something negative happens now, they think of us," Hylton said. "People are going to believe what they will, but BSB had nothing to do with that."

Last month, iLoveMakonnen responded negatively to a series of "Tuesday" remixes, which didn't sit well with Troy Ave who also put his own spin on the record.

On Tuesday night, the Atlanta singer-rapper reached out to dap a fan only to be pulled down and punched. In a video of the performance, a man can be seen making his way to the front of the stage before tapping Makonnen to get his attention.

The man was escorted away and Makonnen continued on with his performance. In case you missed it, check out the footage here.
