It will have been a year on Oct. 14 since Austrian daredevil Felix Baumgartner's leapt from the stratosphere and set the world record for skydiving an estimated 24 miles and being the first human to break the sound barrier with only his body.

To celebrate the historic dive, Rdio will premiere a new documentary called "Mission to the Edge of Space: The Inside Story of Red Bull Stratos." It will be shown exclusively on Rdio starting Oct. 14 and will be free to view for the first three months.

Portugal. The Man wrote a song (which is featured in the trailer) for the documentary's soundtrack. The piano-driven ballad, "Oh Boy," has a bit of a "Rocket Man" feel to it. It appropriately asks, "Did you feel so small? / You're never lonely / Cause you're never truly on your own."

The Alaskan indie-rock heroes released their seventh full-length album, "Evil Friends," in early June. It was the band's first time collaborating with producer Danger Mouse. They are currently on a European tour in support of the album.

As for the "Red Bull Stratos" documentary, it will feature interviews with the 44-year-old skydiver, who shares his feelings about the project, and never-before-seen footage with the undisclosed dramas that almost grounded his mission.
