Idris Elba has revealed that he will be appearing in the upcoming Avengers film, Avengers: Age Of Ultron. He revealed to The Telegraph in an interview that he would be in the film. "And I'm doing a scene with Chris Hemsworth [who plays Thor] and Tom Hiddleston [Loki], and they're like, [whispers] - 'Aren't you [meant to be] in Ibiza?"

The wildly successful film series has been a massive hit at the summer box office over the past few years and don't expect that to change in 2015. The inclusion of Idris Elba shouldn't be too surprising since he did appear in Thor and other blockbusters like Prometheus and Pacific Rim.

The British actor, producer, singer, rapper, and DJ, who became known for his portrayal of Russel "Stringer" Bell in the hit HBO series The Wire has seamlessly transitioned over to many different aspects of the entertainment industry. Not only being a regular in feature films, he has also become a successful musician. He holds a residency in the dance music mecca, Ibiza, at a small club, Pikes, where he plays the "Ibiza Rocks" party. As the lead character, Nelson Mandela, in Mandela: Walk To Freedom, Idris Elba has shown he can do more then just action roles, though he will be back into that type of character with the second movie in the Avenger series.

The film wrapped up filming back in early August and the trailer just released a week ago, so with the first Avengers in the rearview mirror, attention is squarely on Age Of Ultron and the growing cast that will appear in the film. The movie will hit theaters right before the summer of next year on May 1, so make sure you have it marked down to get tickets when they go on sale.
