Justin Timberlake has given up on love in his new single, "T.K.O." Not even incredible "rematch sex" will keep him in the fight. This girl has thrown some unfair, low punches at him in their relationship and has officially put him out with a technical knockout. In the seven-minute song, Timbaland's aggressive beats put Timberlake in the fight, until he gives up saying, "What am I supposed to do?"

The track has a classic Timberlake/Timbaland sound. It's dark with a steady mid-tempo and deep beat. You can see the rhythm mimicking the pacing of someone practicing his boxing punch. We will see if they incorporate that somehow in the video for the track.

The song is Timberlake's second single off his upcoming "The 20/20 Experience: 2 of 2." The disco and R&B-infused single, "Take Back the Night," was released back in July. The full album is due out on Sept. 30 via RCA Records.

Timberlake will appear for a free show on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Tuesday (Sept. 24) with Paul McCartney performing the night before. A quarter-mile of Hollywood Boulevard will be closed to accommodate the events.
