Just when you thought it could not get any worse for fallen comedian Bill Cosby, it has. He is now being sued by a woman named Judy Huth, who is 55. She is alleging that back in 1974 Cosby molested her when she was only 15. While most cases that involve Cosby are impossible to legally prosecute in any way because of the statute of limitations having expired, this one is apparently different.

According to TMZHuth filed her suit in Los Angeles County Court, saying that she and a friend met Cosby in a park where he was filming a movie. He befriended the girls and invited them to a party at the Playboy Mansion, instructing them to lie about their ages if anyone asked. Huth alleges that Cosby played pool and made her drink a beer every time he won a game. He then guided her toward a bathroom that was off a bedroom, and when she came out Cosby asked her to sit beside him. Huth alleges that after doing so, the actor molested her.

The first question on everyone's mind is why did it take so long for Huth to come forward and how on earth she could even get her case into court? According to California law, if she can prove that she has in just the last few years come to realize that this event led to other dire problems in her life, then she can sue Cosby. If she has a therapist who she is allowing to testify or if her friend that who was reportedly with her all of those years ago is willing to corroborate the story, then that is enough for this lawsuit to exist now.

While the string of women who have made allegations against Cosby has been overwhelming, this one case may actually take things to a different level because Huth was a minor. Is this the final straw for what was left of Cosby's sinking career?
