Nikki Reed's divorce from Paul McDonald is just about a done deal but that doesn't mean that the actress will be jumping into another marriage anytime soon. Reed has had a very public romance with Ian Somerhalder since last summer and the two are basically inseparable. They have been spotted all over the place together, shopping, working out and giving time to various charities but still Reed is refusing to commit.
According to a report by Hollywood Life, Reed loves the honeymoon phase of her romance with Somerhalder and isn't in any rush to change their status. She is said to be totally invested in the relationship and basically lives with her man, she's just not looking for a ring or another marriage just yet. Reed and Somerhalder have reportedly agreed to just take 2015 and enjoy it rather than putting any pressure on the relationship.
Sources say that the couple is in fact madly in love, sharing pets and often posting snippets of their life together on Instagram. You can always tell when Somerhalder is truly invested because he shares it with his fans. That's one of the reasons why fans of The Vampire Diaries were crushed when they learned that his romance with Nina Dobrev had soured. In truth his relationship with Dobrev looked, at least on paper, a lot like the one that he now has with Reed.
