Even though Jennifer Aniston has spent the last several months in a very zen-like place, it's still unlikely that anyone would have expected her to ever praise the woman that helped destroy her marriage and yet, that's exactly what has happened! While the media has spent years wondering out loud what it would be like for Aniston and assumed faux, Angelina Jolie, to be at the same red carpet event, she has really come full circle with everything. Not only is the actress not slamming Brad Pitt's new wife, but she actually praised her in a recent interview.
While reflecting on the current award's season and the buzz that her role in Cake has created, of course, Jolie's current project, Unbroken, came up in conversation. Rather than opt not to discuss it or take the opportunity to fire a shot at Jolie, Aniston did the unthinkable, she was kind.
"[Unbroken] is so beautiful and wonderful and [Jolie] did such a gorgeous job and I think it's time people stop with that petty B.S. and start celebrating great work and stop with the petty kind of silliness." said Aniston.
Does this mean that after a decade of putting these two ladies on weekly magazine covers, with them supposedly embroiled in some emotional angst, it's really over? Can we put all of the implied petty drama between Jolie and Aniston to bed once and for all?
