St. Vincent, aka Annie Clark, dropped a new tune titled "Bad Believer" today (Jan. 20). The track is one of five bonus songs that will be included on the Feb. 9 deluxe edition of her critically acclaimed self-titled effort, which will mark the album's one-year anniversary. Other tracks include "Del Rio," "Sparrow" and a Darkside remix of her hit "Digital Witness."

"Bad Believer" is a perfect addition to St. Vincent. The frantic energy of the song matches the heavy synths, which carry the tune. The chorus is complete Madonna pop bliss, but Clark continues to prove she's on a whole other level musically and lyrically. Check out the song below, via The Guardian.

St. Vincent is the highest charting release of the artist's career, hitting number three on the Billboard 200. By the end of last year, multiple outlets had the effort at the top of their Best of 2014 lists, including Music Times.

"While she's been around for some time, St. Vincent (aka Annie Clark) truly spread her wings with her 2014 self-titled album," Kyle Dowling wrote for MT. "Taking the art rock genre by storm, this record leaves listeners with an interesting collection of feelings, from wonderstruck confusion to utter joy. And should the album itself not be enough, Clark's deliveries of each and every track - which have taken a true robotic nature - are nothing short of stunning."

The singer will also premiere a new song on the fourth season of HBO's Girls. "Teenage Talk," not included on the upcoming deluxe edition, will be used for the closing credits on one episode.

"I said to St. Vincent's people, 'We love Annie and she and Lena [Dunham] are friends. Is there anything laying around?'" music supervisor Manish Raval said. "They sent us a demo of a song called 'Teenage Talk' that she hadn't released yet and it was amazing. Lena flipped for it."
