It's the penultimate week of Justin Bieber's Music Mondays/music journals project, and the musical series is just now receiving its first music video. On that same day that the pop megastar released the ninth track "Change Me," he also debuted the official visual for the second Music Mondays song "All That Matters," and this one is a sizzling piece of work.

"All That Matters" has no real linear plot, per se. Instead, Bieber longingly looks for his lost love. The teen idol peers out windows, lounges in a chair and makes sexy eyes at the camera, all while singing that one special girl is "all that matters."

When the Biebz isn't making his Beliebers swoon with the power of his big brown eyes, he's having a very sensual time with a special blonde lady friend. Though the two don't officially get their mack on until the very end of the music video, Bieber and his video girl do more then just hug in the very sensual clip. There's some light ear biting, necking and even a little bit of ice play.

It's shocking the ice didn't turn to steam in .02 seconds. Seriously, Bieber is all about proving he's grown up in this clip, and it works more than it doesn't.

Bieber premiered the music video on his YouTube channel and VEVO at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 2 and promoted it on his various social media platforms.

Though there is no one official single from his Music Mondays project, Bieber and his Belieber fanbase have been trying to push "All That Matters" to radio over the past few weeks in a guerilla marketing campaign.
