Another day and another woman has come forward to accuse Bill Cosby of drugging and raping her as a California show is canceled. Cindra Ladd is a former entertainment executive who has been married for decades to Oscar-winning Hollywood producer Alan Ladd Jr. She has been a well-respected Hollywood insider for years and decided to tell her story because, up until recently, she believed she was the only one to be mistreated by the iconic comedian in an alleged drugging and rape.

Ladd posted a blog for The Huffington Post today detailing what she alleged happened to her back in 1969 when she was just 21. Cosby gave her a capsule to get rid of her headache, and she remembered little after that point. She is clear on waking up with Cosby after he had sex with her. Ladd admits she could have come forward at any point in time over the last four decades but chose to stay silent and try to forget it instead.

"Like so many victims, my way of coping was to shove the memory into the back of my mind. I only revealed nine years ago what happened that night to my husband of nearly 30 years after another woman went public with similar allegations and sued Cosby. I always thought I was the only one. This is the first time I have chosen to speak out about that night. It is also the last time I intend to address it publicly. I have no plans to sue, I don't want or need money. I have no plans for a press conference or for doing any interviews.

"So why speak out at all and why now? The simple answer is that it is the right thing to do. The truth deserves to be known," explained Ladd.

So now what? A high-powered industry producer's wife has now made allegations against Cosby. Does it take another obviously well-respected woman in Hollywood to speak up to officially kill what little is left of Cosby's career, or is this just another name, face and story for the actor to try and laugh off?
