Aphex Twin -- real name Richard D. James -- has been dumping unreleased demos onto an anonymous SoundCloud account over the past 10 days, which in total came to 110 demos. It was thought that after all of them had been put online and made available for free download that the uploading was over and he had exhausted his store of available music. Thankfully, we were wrong. As of this writing James has uploaded another 40 songs onto user48736353001's account, and there may be more going up as the day goes on.

The tracks include his usual array of eccentric song titles like "tigercubdelay" and "Wind Squidge." The new uploads bring his total to a nice, round 150 tracks available for free download on the account.

He has also been replying to a few fan comments on some of the tracks, noting on the vibe of one track "14 Floating" that "I love this kind of vibe, morning after rave, sunshine ... good company, can be almost perfect until you realize the world needs a major rewrite."

At the time when he made his initial 110 songs available for free download, James said the tracks would be only available for download until this Saturday, Jan. 7, at 6 p.m., via Resident Advisor. He said, "***hello humans, hopefully im gonna start making all these tracks downloadable from 6pm next Saturday 7th Feb, [if I can find some internets] - user48736353001."

Now that he has opened up the vault once more, the deadline may be extended to allow fans to get a hold of the new music.

All of this comes on the heals of plenty of Aphex Twin's first album release in 13 years, Syro, which has unlocked the flood gates of demos and finished tracks in the form of EPs and SoundCloud dumps. Stay tuned for potentially more Aphex Twin.
