Fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills seem to really appreciate Yolanda Foster and her honesty on the show. While everyone else seems to obsess over nonsensical fights, boozy nights and shopping sprees, Foster has been battling Lyme disease. Some days she does really well and you'd never know that she's sick and then at other times, well, hospital bed photos pop up with her surrounded by flowers and well wishes from friends and family.

Her husband, David Foster, spoke with reporters the other night at a Musicares event and he gave an honest update on his wife's condition.

"Yolanda is truthfully not great," Foster admitted. "She's just waging this war. She's down right now. She keeps traveling the world looking for a cure and when she finds it she'll be able to give that to the world. I try when I'm home to be as supportive as I can. But she's just worn out. It just beats you to the ground. The strange thing about Lyme is that for some people can get it and they can have it for a couple of years and they just fight it off like a cold. And for other people it brings them to their knees. She's a warrior so she's going to beat it."

We know that the reality star recently returned from treatment in Asia and that she has spoken out about being grateful to financially be in a position to try other ways to heal herself. Have you tuned in to this season of RHOBH? Foster seemed to be pretty healthy at the time of filming so it's sad to know that just a few short months later her health has relapsed. Foster seems like the kindest and most grounded housewife ever, doesn't she? Do you hope that she continues to use reality television as a way to bring awareness to Lyme disease?
