Big Sean has shared a lot of new music this week, including "All Your Fault" featuring Kanye West, "Research," featuring his real-life girlfriend Ariana Grande, and "Win Some, Lose Some" featuring Jhené Aiko. But one new song in particular aims to make a statement about his legacy, "One Man Can Change The World," which also features John Legend and once again Kanye West.

In an interview with Radio.com, he says the track was inspired by his mission to make good rap music, of which he believes there is not enough.

"I feel like all of the music I do is a manifestation of making good rap music because there's not a lot of good rap music," he told them. "Just to keep it 100, there isn't."

However, this is not to say there aren't great rappers out there.

"Let me take that back. There's not a lot of good rap music, but there is good rap music," he says. "And there are great rappers, obviously: Jay Z, Kanye West, Eminem, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Drake. A lot of great artists. I bring my own style to the game. I try and stay different from the rest. I want to leave my mark."

His vision goes beyond having innovative style, however.

"That extends all the way to the production on the album," Sean says. "Every feature brought their A-game, they enhanced the songs clearly. I didn't get anybody on here just for their name... They all did something I couldn't do and I appreciate that."

Dark Sky Paradise is due out February 24 and has been preceded by the the tracks mentioned above as well as the singles "IDFWU," featuring E-40, "Blessings," featuring Drake and uncredited West, and "Paradise." In addition to the previously mentioned artists, the album also features guest appearances by Chris Brown, Ty Dolla $ign, Lil Wayne, and PARTYNEXTDOOR.
