Can you believe that Teresa Giudice has already spent five months behind bars? The Real Housewives of New Jersey star still (somehow) remains married to Joe Giudice, but he hasn't exactly helped to pay off that crippling debt that the couple still owes in restitution. We learned this week that Teresa's earnings from Bravo, as well as various cars and furnishings in her New Jersey home, will help to settle their $400K debt. It has also been all but confirmed that she will indeed return to RHONJ after she is released from prison in December. There has been much speculation about the reality show since Teresa's incarceration and finally some answers are coming.

According to an exclusive report by Radar Online, "None of the cast members of RHONJ have signed contracts for next season. But there isn't anything to be concerned about because filming has been pushed from the summer and won't be beginning until late September, early October. Without Teresa there just isn't a lot going on with the women. With her on board, cameras would film Joe's final days with the family as he prepares to begin his 41 month prison sentence. Teresa hasn't signed a formal contract yet, but it's only a matter of time." the source said.

Is Bravo wise to wait until the fall to even begin filming? In doing so, they could spend weeks building up to Giudice's release and then she would be free to appear on the reality show for the second half of the season. It is true that, aside from Amber Marchese, who is currently battling a second round of breast cancer, the rest of the housewives don't have a whole lot going on worth watching?

Will you tune in if Giudice is back in the mix and ready to discuss her time in jail? Does Bravo have another season of RHONJ if Giudice isn't a part of it? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
