Reality television fans that have had their fingers crossed about the possibility of Lamar Odom deciding to work on his marriage to Khloe Kardashian as cameras roll are going to be disappointed. While there have been numerous reports that the once loved-up couple are trying to figure out how to reconcile rather than sign off on those pending divorce papers, a television reunion is not in the cards. Odom was reportedly offered $1 million to return to Keeping Up with the Kardashians and he turned down the paycheck, saying that reality TV has already ruined his life.
According to a report by Centric, "As far as his well-being, insiders say Odom is 'still in bad shape.' In 2013, he made headlines for his DUI arrest and alleged drug abuse which many believe led to his separation from Kardashian. It appears things haven't gotten much better for the troubled star. "He disappears regularly and is basically homeless. His friends are worried that he will never get his act together," explains an insider.
That's an interesting new detail, isn't it? Up until now there seemed to be a notion that while Odom wasn't actually with Kardashian, he had been keeping himself together and on a healthier path. If he's still tangled in that same lifestyle then it seems odd that Kardashian would still be hanging onto their marriage, doesn't it? We have told you in the past that she filed for divorce back in December 2013 and Odom has never officially responded. After a certain amount of time Kardashian could have requested a divorce by default, but she hasn't done that.
