Kelly Clarkson keeps slaying covers while on her Piece By Piece Tour. During her performance Sunday night (July 19) at Pittsburgh's First Niagara Pavilion, the "Heartbeat Song" singer took on Rihanna's beloved ballad "Stay," and the performance is more than enough to give you chills.
As a part of her fan request covers series on her new tour, Clarkson tackled Rihanna's "Stay." The already beautiful single was given extra special care by the OG American Idol winner, who gave the song the necessary emotion. And, of course with her powerhouse vocals Clarkson hit all of the single's necessary high notes with a precision and beauty that makes us want to listen to this cover all day.

Clarkson is slowly becoming the master of covers. Thus far on her Piece By Piece Tour, she's tackled Tori Kelly's "Nobody Love," Imagine Dragons "Radioactive" and Nick Jonas' "Jealous." Earlier this year, Clarkson also made headlines by giving a jazzy spin to Rihanna's much more intense single "B*tch Better Have My Money" while in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge.
Clarkson will continue her covering singles (and of course playing her own hits) on her Piece By Piece Tour.
